Payment Security

How payments work end-to-end at Albatrix Funded — the non-custodial NOWPayments integration, Binance Pay secure gateway, what happens when a payment is confirmed, refund policy, and how blockchain confirmations and transaction IDs work.

Overview

Every payment at Albatrix Funded is processed through NOWPayments, our established cryptocurrency payment provider. We do not handle, store, or have access to your private keys or wallet funds at any point. Our integration with NOWPayments ensures that your payment goes directly from your wallet to the payment provider infrastructure — we only receive a confirmation that the transaction occurred. This non-custodial approach means your funds are always under your control until the moment the transaction is broadcast to the blockchain.

Payment Flow

When you purchase a challenge or receive a payout, the payment flow follows a predictable sequence designed to be transparent and verifiable at every step.

1

Initiate Transaction

You select a challenge or request a payout and choose your preferred payment provider and cryptocurrency.

2

Receive Payment Details

The system generates a unique payment address and the exact amount due, locked at the current exchange rate.

3

Send Funds

You send the cryptocurrency from your personal wallet or exchange to the provided address.

4

Blockchain Confirmation

The transaction is broadcast to the blockchain and awaits the required number of confirmations.

5

Webhook Notification

Once confirmed, the payment provider sends a webhook to the Albatrix Funded platform.

6

Account Activated

Your challenge dashboard becomes active or your payout is marked as sent.

NOWPayments Integration

NOWPayments is a non-custodial cryptocurrency payment gateway. When you pay through NOWPayments, the funds go directly from your wallet to the NOWPayments infrastructure. Albatrix Funded never holds or controls your cryptocurrency at any point. NOWPayments supports multiple cryptocurrencies including USDT (TRC20 and BEP20), BTC, ETH, and LTC. The integration is designed to be trustless — we rely on blockchain confirmations rather than manual verification, which means no human intervention is required to process your payment.

ℹ️

Non-Custodial by Design

Albatrix Funded does not store your private keys, wallet seed phrases, or exchange API credentials. We never have access to your funds. The payment provider simply notifies us when a transaction matching your invoice has been confirmed on the blockchain. This eliminates the risk of custodial fund mismanagement.

Binance Pay is not enabled

Binance Pay is not available in this release. It is present in the codebase only as quarantined, untested code for a future update, and the checkout rejects the channel. Choosing it today is not possible, so no funds can reach it.

What Happens When Payment Is Confirmed

Once the required number of blockchain confirmations is reached, the payment provider sends a webhook notification to our platform containing the transaction ID and the payment amount. Our system matches this against the pending invoice and automatically activates the associated challenge account. The entire process from confirmation to activation typically completes in under 60 seconds. You will receive a confirmation email and your dashboard will update to reflect the active status.

Blockchain Confirmations and Transaction IDs

Each blockchain transaction is assigned a unique Transaction ID (TXID). This is a publicly verifiable identifier that can be looked up on any blockchain explorer. We record the TXID for every payment and payout so that you can independently verify the transaction on the blockchain. The number of confirmations required varies by cryptocurrency: USDT on TRC20 requires 1 confirmation, USDT on BEP20 requires 15 confirmations, ETH requires 12 confirmations, and BTC requires 1 confirmation. These thresholds balance speed with security.

Refund Policy

Challenge fees are non-refundable once the account has been activated and trading activity has been detected. If a payment is sent but the account has not yet been activated, you may request a refund minus any network fees incurred by the payment provider. Refunds are processed in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment and typically take 1-3 business days to be sent. No refunds are issued for accounts that have been used for trading, regardless of performance.
