1. Services

Albatrix Funded provides proprietary trading evaluations. Passing the evaluation grants access to a funded trading account. We are not a financial advisor and do not provide investment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Challenge Rules

All challenges are subject to the rules outlined on our website, including profit targets, drawdown limits, minimum trading days, and consistency rules. Violation of these rules may result in challenge failure or account termination.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Challenge fees are non-refundable once the challenge has been accessed. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis before any trading activity.

5. Funded Accounts

Funded accounts are provided subject to the funding agreement. Profit splits are paid according to the agreed terms. Violation of funded account rules may result in immediate termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Albatrix Funded shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from the use of our platform or services.
