Once you complete a purchase or pass an evaluation phase, your new account needs to be delivered to you. Albatrix Funded uses an automated account delivery system that provisions accounts within minutes of payment confirmation. This article explains the entire delivery process step by step — from the moment you complete a purchase to the moment you are logged into your trading platform and ready to trade.
Challenge Account Delivery
When you purchase a challenge, the system immediately begins provisioning your account as soon as the blockchain confirms your payment. The provisioning process involves creating your account profile, setting the correct account size, configuring drawdown limits, assigning leverage (1:100 for evaluation), and generating your trading platform credentials. In the vast majority of cases, this entire process completes in under 60 seconds. You receive an email with your login credentials and a link to access the trading platform.
Accessing Your Trading Platform
Albatrix Funded provides accounts on a proprietary web-based trading platform as well as compatible third-party platforms. After your account is delivered, you receive your unique login credentials: a username (usually your registered email) and a password. You can access the trading platform through a web browser on desktop or mobile. The platform includes real-time quotes, charting tools, order management, risk monitoring dashboards, and account analytics that show your current drawdown status, profit target progress, and remaining minimum days.
What You Get
Each delivered account includes: unique login credentials, the correct account balance for your purchased size, configured drawdown limits (daily trailing and static max), the appropriate leverage tier, and a dashboard showing your Phase 1 or Phase 2 status with real-time progress tracking toward the profit target.
Phase 2 and Funded Account Delivery
When you pass Phase 1, your account is automatically upgraded to Phase 2 within minutes. The balance resets to the starting amount, and the drawdown limits are recalculated. You do not need to take any action — the system handles the transition, and you receive a notification that Phase 2 is ready. The same applies when you pass Phase 2 — your account is converted to a funded account. At this stage, the leverage is reduced to 1:30, the consistency rule is enabled, and certain restrictions (copy trading ban, weekend holding ban) come into effect. You also receive the funding agreement that must be signed before you can begin trading.
Email Notifications
Throughout the account delivery process, you receive automated email notifications at every key milestone. These include: payment received (confirmation that the transaction was detected on the blockchain), account ready (your account has been provisioned and credentials are available), Phase 1 passed (you advanced to Phase 2), Phase 2 passed (you graduated to funded), and funding agreement ready (the agreement is available for signing). All emails are sent to the address you registered with during checkout.
Troubleshooting Account Delivery
If you have not received your account credentials within 5 minutes of payment confirmation, there may be a technical issue. First, check your spam or promotions folder for the delivery email. If it is not there, log in to your account dashboard using the website — your credentials and platform access link are available there immediately after provisioning. If you still cannot access your account, contact support with your registered email address and the transaction ID (TXID) from your payment. Support can manually verify the transaction and provision your account.

You pay for a challenge but the transaction is sent to the wrong address. The funds are lost and the account cannot be delivered.
Always verify the payment address before sending. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Support cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses.
Your account is delivered but you do not trade for 60 days. The account may be deactivated due to inactivity.
While there is no time limit per phase, extended periods of inactivity may result in account deactivation. Check the terms of service for the exact inactivity period.
