Payment Flow
How payments work at Albatrix Funded — supported payment providers, cryptocurrencies accepted, confirmation times, and what happens if a payment fails.
What It Means
Albatrix Funded accepts payments exclusively in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. This approach allows instant, borderless transactions with minimal fees and no chargeback risk. Whether you are purchasing your first challenge or requesting a payout, understanding how the payment flow works ensures a smooth experience. All payments are processed in cryptocurrency — traditional payment methods like credit cards or bank transfers are not currently supported.
Payment Provider
NOWPayments is the only payment provider enabled in this release. It supports USDT (TRC20 and BEP20), BTC, ETH, and LTC, and requires no exchange account, so you pay directly from your own wallet.
Why only one provider?
| Feature | NOWPayments |
|---|---|
| USDT (TRC20) | Yes |
| USDT (BEP20) | Yes |
| BTC | Yes |
| ETH | Yes |
| LTC | Yes |
| BNB | No |
| Account Required | None |
How to Pay
When you select a challenge to purchase, you are taken to the checkout page where you choose your payment provider and cryptocurrency. The system generates a unique payment address and the exact amount due, locked at the current exchange rate for a limited time. You send the cryptocurrency from your personal wallet or exchange account to the provided address. Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, your challenge is activated automatically.
Confirmation Times
Confirmation times vary depending on the cryptocurrency and network congestion. USDT on TRC20 or BEP20 typically confirms within 1-5 minutes. LTC confirms within 2-10 minutes. ETH confirms within 1-5 minutes for most transactions. BTC can take 10-30 minutes depending on network activity and the transaction fee paid. The system monitors the blockchain for confirmations and activates your account as soon as the required number of confirmations is reached. In most cases, your challenge is available within minutes of sending the payment.
Transaction Fees
You are responsible for the network transaction fee (gas fee) when sending cryptocurrency. These fees go to the blockchain validators, not to Albatrix Funded. Gas fees vary by network and time of day — TRC20 and BEP20 typically have the lowest fees, while ETH gas fees can be higher during periods of network congestion.
Payment Confirmation and Account Activation
Once the blockchain confirms your transaction, the payment system sends a webhook notification to the Albatrix Funded platform. Your account is automatically upgraded, and your challenge dashboard becomes active. You can then proceed to set up your trading platform credentials and begin your Phase 1 evaluation. The entire process from payment confirmation to account activation takes less than 60 seconds in most cases. If there is a delay, the support team can manually verify the transaction and activate your account.
What Happens If a Payment Fails
If you send an insufficient amount (due to network fees not being accounted for), the system detects the underpayment and flags the transaction. You will need to send the remaining balance to complete the purchase. If you send to the wrong address, the transaction is typically irreversible — this is why it is critical to copy the address exactly and double-check it before confirming. If a transaction is taking unusually long to confirm, you can contact support with the transaction ID (TXID) and they can investigate the issue.
Refund Policy
Challenge fees are non-refundable once the account has been activated and trades have been placed. If a payment is sent but the account has not been activated yet, you can request a refund minus any network fees incurred. Refunds are processed in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment and may take 1-3 business days to be sent. Promo code discounts are applied at checkout and are reflected in the total amount due.
Allowed Examples
You purchase a $25K challenge for $149. You select NOWPayments and choose USDT on TRC20. You send $149 USDT from your wallet and the transaction confirms in 2 minutes. Your challenge is immediately active.
This is the standard payment flow using the fastest and most cost-effective network.
You try to pay with Binance Pay at checkout.
Binance Pay is not enabled in this release. It is present only as quarantined code for a future update, and the checkout rejects the channel, so this attempt fails.
Violation Examples
You send $148 USDT instead of $149 because you forgot to account for the network fee. The system flags the underpayment and your account is not activated.
The exact amount must be sent. Network fees are separate and must be covered by you on top of the challenge price.
You copy the payment address incorrectly and send funds to a wrong address. The transaction is irreversible.
Always double-check the payment address. Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed. Contact support immediately if you suspect an error.
